The Internal IT Training on IT Compliance & Readiness was conducted on Friday, 10 April 2026, at the PTJEL Jawa & Kalimantan Meeting Room as part of PT Jurong Engineering Lestari’s in-house training program. This session aimed to enhance employees’ awareness of IT compliance and its critical role in safeguarding project data, protecting the company’s reputation, and minimizing operational as well as legal risks. It also served as a platform to communicate recent audit findings and reinforce the importance of adhering to established IT policies and procedures.
During the training, participants were introduced to key topics including password policies, email and communication practices, data storage and backup, licensed software usage, device security, and IT incident handling. The session was delivered in an interactive format through discussions, case studies, video demonstrations, and quizzes to encourage engagement. Through this initiative, employees are expected to strengthen their IT awareness and readiness in supporting upcoming projects with higher compliance and security standard.
