Qualification:

Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the owner, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope of work.
• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that the project progresses smoothly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the project, including contracts, change orders, and other documentations related to the construction process.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D3) or equivalent in construction
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Petrochemical, industry project, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Construction Manager
• Basic in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Structure, Mechanical, and Piping Erection (SMP Package) in the same time is preferable
• Experience handling project execution for piping, structure & mechanical scope of work
• Strong leadership
• Outstanding coordination skills between clients, subcontractors, and other related departments

Responsibilities:

• Regularly conduct internal audits to ensure that quality control systems and procedures are being followed, and suggest recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Carry out procedures for quality control that meet the needs of the organization, and ensure they are properly documented and communicated to staff.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily activities of the procurement department.
• Plan for the purchase of equipment, services, supplies, and subcontract work order.
• Monitor and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.

• Manage inventories and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain and update supplier/subcontractor information.

Qualification:
