Training HR for Non-HR

PT. JEL conducted an Internal Training session titled “HR for Non-HR” on 27 February 2026 aimed at enhancing employees from other departments understanding of essential human resources practices and responsibilities.

This session served as a refresher for the PT. JEL team on recent updates, including regulatory changes and other important information from the HR Department. It also addressed common HR-related challenges encountered in daily operations.

Key topics discussed during the session included:

  • Potential risks faced by companies without proper HR management
  • Employment agreements, BPJS compliance, payroll, and leave policies
  • Labor regulations, workplace ethics, and effective communication

Through this sharing session, the HR team sought to strengthen awareness of HR processes, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and promote a more professional and harmonious work environment across the organization.
