In today’s increasingly dynamic climate, it is vital to equip our staff with well-rounded knowledge that will enable everyone to proactively minimize potential risks. Hence, a training centered on the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, specifically the Conditions of Construction (Building & Engineering Works Designed by the Employer) was held.
All Project Managers, Heads of Departments, Site Managers, Construction Managers, and Project Planning Coordinators were invited to participate in this training. A total of 47 staff attended this training. Among them, 15 attended the training in person at the Hotel in Gresik, while the remaining 32 joined virtually.
The training was divided into two sessions. The first session, conducted by Mr. Lee Chee H’ung, covered “Claims Entitlement Under Construction Contract,” while the second session, led by Mr. TJ. Khor, focused on “Risk Review.”
The primary objective of this training was to identify and address important risks or deviations, classifying them as “material risks” or “material deviations.” Such risks and deviations were subsequently subjected to evaluation by the management and project team.
We are confident that the combination of theoretical knowledge and tactical expertise gained will enhance our team’s management capabilities in the future.
