PTJEL’s Inaugural HR Annual Conference

In addition to our Career Development Program Training, we initiated a conference that aims to bring together departments from both our Head Office and Project Sites. These conferences serve as a platform to address challenges, find solutions, and enhance our teamwork performance.

This HR Annual Conference marked the inaugural conference at PTJEL, with 14 HR Coordinators and Officers from Site Projects and 1 HR Officer from the Head Office actively participating over two days, from 27 November to 28 November 2024.

The conference focused on key topics such as Payroll Procedures, Manpower Reporting, Staff Evaluation and Increment Calculation, Anti-Corruption measures, and BPJS Jakon. This initiative not only enhances knowledge sharing but also fosters solidarity among our HR staff members.
