The fifth batch of participants for the MBTI Assessment and Team Building Workshop consisted of 37 staff from the head office and site project team. The workshop was organized on 26 January 2022 to 27 January 2022 at the Maxone Hotel Balikpapan.
The workshop consisted of two sessions conducted by Mr. Akhirudin DC, S.SOS, M.A., “Training and Workshop in MBTI & Self Awareness” and “Training and Workshop in Team Building”.
MBTI is based on psychological attributes and is a useful tool to help determine differing strengths/weaknesses and the various types of personalities that one may encounter – be it in a workplace or outside. The main purpose of this workshop was to allow staff to gain deeper insights about themselves and how they may adjust their communication when interacting with other people of differing personalities.
Through this workshop, it has successfully bonded our staff and laid the groundwork for a stronger foundation between our staff in terms of teamwork and communication.
