Managerial Leadership Training

On May 2nd and 3rd 2024, PTJEL successfully hosted an intensive training program titled “Managerial Leadership & Intelligence.” This dynamic two-day session was specifically designed to empower our team leaders to step up as proactive, high-integrity change agents who possess the positive mindset needed to navigate organizational shifts. Throughout the workshop, participants delved into the core responsibilities of modern leadership, learning how to build, motivate, and sustain high-performing teams that remain resilient in the face of transition.

The training focused heavily on collaborative excellence and practical problem-solving. Leaders explored creative and effective decision-making strategies within a team dynamic, while also mastering tactical communication methods to overcome collaboration barriers and build mutual trust. Ultimately, the program successfully bridged emotional intelligence with daily operations, teaching participants how to streamline team coordination and communication specifically within customer service workflows, ensuring a significant boost to our overall service level and customer satisfaction.
