The 3rd module of Training Career Development program was held on 5 and 6 October 2021, at our head office during this pandemic. A total of 15 participants from both our head office and PTJEL site attended the training. From this course, our participants gained a deeper knowledge on the leadership styles and how to improve upon their own leadership capabilities.
