Under the Ministry of Labor initiative, a SMK3 Audit Surveillance was conducted to identify the extent of our Safety Management System gap – in comparison with the SMK3 Standard. This audit pinpointed our gaps and through this, our management were more adequately able to make informed decisions and dedicate the type of resources required to improve each gap.
As such, we decided to improve our standards pertaining to Health, Safety and Environment. The first step we took was to attend the AK3U training and attain the certification. After completing that, we proceeded to for the Auditor SMK3 Training and obtain the certification. The trainings were held from 6 March 2018 to 9 March 2018 at Depok, West Java.
The trainings and certifications attained are a testament of our strengthened safety management within PTJEL!
