In August 2023, PTJEL hosted a 2-day training at the newly inaugurated PTJEL Interaction and Development Center in our Head Office in Jakarta. This session marked the fifth module of our Career Development Program. A total of 26 participants from our head office and PTJEL site actively participated in this workshop.
During the training, attendees delved into the intricacies of crafting engaging presentations and mastering effective contract negotiation techniques. The program aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster successful long-term partnerships with clients.
